Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for the safety of electrical installations due to voltage disturbances and electromagnetic disturbances caused by various factors.
This document does not apply to systems that generate, transmit, and distribute electricity to the public power grid (see the scope of IEC 60364-1), although such disturbances may be transmitted within or between electrical installations through the power supply system.
