GB/T 41734.5-2024 Radio frequency identification of animals—Part 5:Procedure for testing the capability of RFID transceivers of reading GB/T 20563 and GB/T 22334 transponders
Abstract
This document establishes the rules and procedures for testing the ability of radio frequency identification (RFID) readers to read RFID tags in accordance with GB/T 20563 and GB/T 22334, the procedures for applying for RFID reader test registration, and the related rights and obligations.
This document does not apply to wireless synchronization testing of mobile RFID readers, nor to wired synchronization testing for evaluating fixed RFID readers.
This document differs from GB/T 41734.2, which is intended to test the essential functions of RFID readers in GB/T 20563 and GB/T 22334.
The tests in this document are designed for cost-effective asynchronous RFID readers, which are capable of reading RFID tags that comply with GB/T 20563 and GB/T 22334 but lack synchronization capabilities, and do not need to support dual adaptive protocols. The requirements for the accuracy of the activation field frequency are reduced.
The test procedures specified in this document apply to RFID readers used in animal farming.
