Abstract
This document stipulates the technical requirements involved in the investigation and evaluation of topsoil, topsoil removal, topsoil transportation, topsoil storage, and topsoil reuse during the process of topsoil stripping and reuse.
This document applies to topsoil stripping and reuse activities involving arable land, orchards, forest land, grassland, and other plots in construction occupancy, temporary land use, and land remediation. Other activities involving topsoil stripping and reuse can be implemented with reference to this document.
