GA 413-2003 Descent rescue device
Abstract
This standard specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of life-saving rappelling devices (hereinafter referred to as rappelling devices).
This standard applies to rappelling devices that allow users to safely descend to the ground from a certain height at a specified speed using their own weight, and can be used repeatedly.
