Abstract
This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of black tea. This part applies to black tea made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of the tea tree (Camellia sinensis L.O. Kuntz), which are processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying.
