Abstract
This document describes the test method for evaluating the accuracy of digital devices used in computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems for indirect dental restorations.
This document is applicable to digital devices with optical or mechanical contact systems, but not to handheld scanners, nor to devices digitized through imaging methods (X-rays) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
