GB 1886.187-2016 Food Safety National Standard for Additives in Food: Sodium Saccharate and Sodium Saccharate Liquid
Abstract
This standard applies to sorbitol solutions, which are produced from starch milk or starch obtained by processing plants such as corn, or from glucose produced by hydrolysis and refining of starch under the action of a catalyst, followed by hydrogenation, refining, and concentration. It also applies to sorbitol additives for food, which are produced by further concentration, drying, and sieving of sorbitol solutions.
