Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, as well as the contents of quality certificates and purchase orders (or contracts) for drawn round wire made of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This standard applies to aluminum and aluminum alloy wires used for conductors, welding, rivets, cable braiding, and evaporation materials (hereinafter referred to as "wires").
