Abstract
This standard specifies the structural type, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and user's manual, packaging, transportation, and storage of intrauterine device placement forceps (hereinafter referred to as placement forceps).
This standard applies to intrauterine device placement forceps, which are used in obstetrics and gynecology to place O-shaped, uterine-shaped, and similar intrauterine devices and to correct the position of contraceptive devices.
This standard does not apply to disposable intrauterine device placement forceps.
