Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, acceptance methods, and acceptance rules for centralized energy metering data collection terminals (hereinafter referred to as "centralized data collection terminals") in industrial enterprises.
This standard applies to centralized data collection terminals installed in industrial enterprises, which are connected to energy metering instruments via an internal network to acquire metering data for various types of energy, complete data accumulation and storage, and exchange data with the energy data center in the energy metering data public platform.
