GB/T 7689.1-2013 Reinforcements—Test method for woven fabrics—Part 1:Determination of thickness
Abstract
This part of GB/T 7689 specifies the method for determining the thickness of reinforced fabrics.
This method is applicable to woven fabrics made from single yarns, twisted (stranded) yarns (continuous or fixed-length), untwisted rovings, deformed yarns, or their combinations, with a thickness greater than or equal to 0.01mm.
For woven fabrics made from fixed-length fiber yarns or deformed yarns, including fabrics composed solely of these yarns in the warp or weft, this method can also be used to determine their compression rate.
