This standard specifies the system composition, data collection, installation of collection devices, energy efficiency calculation methods, and technical requirements for benchmarking energy efficiency indicators for gas-fired industrial boilers under actual operating conditions.
This standard applies to fixed boilers that use combustible gases as fuel, water or organic heat carriers as media, and have a rated working pressure of less than 3.8 MPa. The energy efficiency data collection, calculation, and benchmarking of boiler rooms can be implemented as a reference.
For ease of benchmarking, the scope of data monitoring and energy efficiency evaluation in this standard is limited to the boiler body and the waste heat recovery devices installed on the boiler flue. It does not include heat energy conversion parts outside the boiler body, such as water treatment equipment, waste heat recovery, and transmission and distribution pipelines in the boiler room.
