This part of GB/T 18654 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sampling, analysis steps, and result determination for the determination of the main amino acid content in fish muscle. This part is applicable to the determination of the main amino acid content in fish muscle, but not to the determination of tryptophan content.
