GB/T 22131-2022 Practice for ultrasonic examination from bored surfaces of cylindrical forgings
Abstract
This document describes the basic method of ultrasonic testing using longitudinal wave dual crystal probes from the inner surface of forgings by the pulse reflection method, including the requirements for testing personnel, general requirements, ultrasonic testing equipment, preparation of forgings for ultrasonic testing, testing procedures, recording requirements, and testing reports. This document is applicable to manual testing of cylindrical forgings with an inner diameter of ≥64 mm, but it does not limit the use of other testing methods, such as mechanized or automated testing methods.
