GB 5009.9-2016 Food Safety National Standard Determination of Starch in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining starch in food.
Methods I and II of this standard are applicable to the determination of starch in food (except for meat products); Method III is applicable to the determination of starch in meat products, but it is not applicable to the determination of starch in food that also contains other additives that can produce reducing sugars through hydrolysis.
