Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems. This standard applies to indoor silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems with liquid nitrogen storage containers, but does not apply to scanning electron microscopes or portable or non-liquid nitrogen-cooled silicon (lithium) X-ray detector systems.
