Abstract
The present part of GA 499 specifies the model compilation, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage, and writing requirements for hot gas aerosol fire extinguishing devices.
This part is applicable to hot gas aerosol fire extinguishing devices without a pipe network.
This part is not applicable to pipe network-type hot gas aerosol fire extinguishing systems, cold gas aerosol fire extinguishing devices, and aerosol fire extinguishing devices used in places with explosion hazards.
