Abstract
This standard defines the core metadata of electronic documents based on GB/T 9704-2012 and the relevant requirements of electronic document management, and proposes the extended requirements for metadata. This standard is applicable to the issuance and processing of electronic documents in government agencies. Other agencies and units may refer to and implement it when issuing electronic documents.
