Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements for pharmaceutical logistics services, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, loading and unloading, goods handover, information services, and other operational requirements, as well as risk control, complaint handling, and the main evaluation indicators of logistics service quality.
This standard applies to pharmaceutical logistics services in the drug circulation process. Pharmaceutical logistics services involved in the drug production process can be implemented with reference to this standard.
