GB/T 7986-2025 Conveyor belts—Drum friction testing
Abstract
This document describes the possibility of the conveyor belt generating flaming and non-flaming combustion when it is in contact with a rotating steel roller under a given tension.
This document also describes the methods of changing the conveyor belt tension.
This document is applicable to various flame-retardant conveyor belts.
Note: For conveyor belts with a steel wire reinforcement layer, the test cannot be fully conducted because the conveyor belt does not meet the requirements of 7.2. In this case, it is necessary to terminate the test in advance according to 7.3.
