This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, construction, and acceptance requirements for wooden floors used in gyms. This document applies to the production and installation acceptance of wooden floors used in gyms for basketball, volleyball, handball, table tennis, badminton, gymnastics, martial arts, squash, and other competitions, training, teaching, fitness, and entertainment purposes, which have sports functions, protective functions, and basic technical functions (see Appendix A). In this document, impregnated paper laminated wooden floors are surface flooring and are only suitable for fitness and entertainment purposes. This document does not apply to wooden floors that withstand the impact of barbells in weightlifting events and throwing equipment in track and field events.
