Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of ink ballpoint pens and pen cores.
This standard applies to ink ballpoint pens (including replaceable and non-replaceable ones) and pen cores used for general writing and document writing (hereinafter referred to as ballpoint pens and pen cores).
