GB/T 596-2008 Marine bronze male thread stop-check valves
Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and storage of marine external thread bronze check valves (hereinafter referred to as check valves).
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of check valves used in marine piping systems for seawater, freshwater, fuel oil, lubricating oil, air, and steam with a temperature not exceeding 250°C.
