GB/T 15686-2008 Sorghum—Determination of tannin content
Abstract
This standard specifies a general method for determining the tannin content of sorghum. This determination method is not intended for the determination of a specific type of polyphenols. There is a good negative correlation between the metabolic energy of sorghum determined by animal experiments using roosters and the results determined by this method, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
