Abstract
This part of GB/T20501 defines the structure of information index signs, and stipulates the design principles, content requirements, and layout requirements of information index signs.
This part is applicable to the design of information index signs in public places such as urban entrances and exits (e.g., civil airports, railway passenger stations), urban transportation (e.g., public transportation hubs and stations, residential areas), urban public service and leisure facilities (e.g., shopping venues, medical facilities, sports venues, entertainment venues, hotels and restaurants, tourist attractions, parking lots), etc. The design of information index signs in workplaces can be used as a reference.
