This document specifies the requirements and methods for consistency testing of the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) protocol in vehicle systems. This test verifies the consistency of LIN communication controllers with ISO 17987-2 and ISO 17987-3 standards.
This document provides all the necessary technical information to ensure consistent test results across different test systems, provided that the dedicated test suites and test systems comply with the requirements of this document.
