This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, classification and marking, order content, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage, and quality certification documents for steel fibers used in concrete.
This standard applies to steel fibers used in precast concrete, on-site casting concrete, and sprayed concrete (hereinafter referred to as "steel fibers").
