Abstract
This document establishes a test method for the immunity of vehicle electrical/electronic components to continuous narrowband radiated electromagnetic interference - the anechoic chamber method.
This document establishes a test method for applying electromagnetic interference to the device under test (hereinafter referred to as DUT) and the wiring harness (actual vehicle wiring harness or standard test wiring harness) in an anechoic chamber. During the test, the auxiliary equipment of the device under test can be arranged either inside or outside the anechoic chamber, and the test is conducted in tuned mode.
This document is applicable to the immunity test of electrical/electronic components for M, N, O, and L-class vehicles (without limitation on the vehicle power system, such as spark-ignition engines, diesel engines, and electric motors).
