Abstract
This standard stipulates the basic guidelines that must be adhered to by all departments involved in the research, design, manufacture, testing, construction, and operation of relay protection and safety automatic devices in power systems. This standard applies to relay protection and safety automatic devices for power equipment and lines in power systems with voltages of 3 kV and above.
