Abstract
This standard stipulates the classification principles of sea area use and the division of the classification system.
This standard applies to the definition of sea area use types and usage methods in such work as obtaining sea area use rights, registration, issuance of certificates, collection of sea area use fees, law enforcement and supervision of sea area use, as well as sea area investigation, statistical analysis, demonstration of sea area use, sea area evaluation, and the construction of sea area management information systems.
