Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of lead and lead alloy waste (hereinafter referred to as waste lead). This standard applies to the domestic trade of waste lead and the recycling and recovery of waste lead by non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises and processing and manufacturing enterprises.
