Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements, safety requirements, maintenance items and requirements, and technical requirements for the repair and maintenance of new energy vehicles.
This document applies to the repair and maintenance of pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, and fuel cell electric vehicles using gaseous hydrogen. Other types of new energy vehicles may refer to and implement it accordingly.
