Abstract
This part of DB31/T 1166 stipulates the organizational structure and responsibilities of judicial administrative organs for the diagnosis and evaluation of drug rehabilitation social environment and adaptive capacity, as well as the evaluation methods, procedures, and conclusions. This part applies to the diagnosis and evaluation of social environment and adaptive capacity conducted by compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers (hereinafter referred to as "drug rehabilitation centers") for compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation personnel (hereinafter referred to as "drug rehabilitation personnel") within the administrative area of Shanghai City by judicial administrative organs.
