Abstract
This document specifies the terms and definitions, order content, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, quality certificates, transportation, and storage for general-purpose steel wire rope slings. This document is applicable to single-arm slings and multi-arm assembled slings, as well as slings manufactured from single-layer round strand fiber cores or steel cores with a diameter not exceeding 150 mm, as specified in the standards for selecting steel wire rope products (hereinafter referred to as "slings").
