Abstract
This standard specifies the equipment requirements and measurement conditions of X-ray digital imaging systems, as well as the determination methods for linear range, basic spatial resolution, minimum allowable gray-scale amplitude, contrast sensitivity, thickness tolerance, and exposure curve. This standard is applicable to the performance measurement of X-ray digital imaging detection equipment for products such as metal materials, non-metallic materials, and composite materials.
