Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the passenger handrails (pull-cord devices and handlebar devices) and footrests of motorcycles and mopeds (hereinafter referred to as "motorcycles"). This standard applies to two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles with side wheels, and three-wheeled motorcycles with a saddle-type design.
