Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, facilities and equipment specifications, job and personnel responsibilities, management rules, and informatization norms for the management of social insurance business files.
This standard applies to social insurance agencies at all levels. Social insurance authorities may, in accordance with the law, formulate, authorize, entrust, and social insurance agencies may refer to it when entrusting institutions to provide social insurance services.
