GB/T 12817-2021 General technical specification for railway passenger car
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, material requirements, structural and performance of various parts, painting, marking, inspection methods and inspection rules for standard gauge railway passenger cars.
This standard is applicable to new standard gauge general-purpose railway passenger cars with a maximum operating speed of not more than 200 km/h. Special vehicles, maintenance vehicles, test vehicles, and international passenger trains, etc. can be used as reference for application.
