GB/T 20978-2007 Soft ice cream machine
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and naming, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage related to soft ice cream machines. This standard applies to commercial soft ice cream machines with a defined and rated production capacity of less than 100 L/h, which are used for on-site production and on-site sales. This standard does not apply to commercial soft ice cream machines that use ice-salt or ammonia refrigeration.
