This document specifies the equipment, tools, and packaging materials required for sampling coal and rock specimens for determining their physical and mechanical properties, as well as the technical requirements, sampling methods, recording and numbering, sealing and packaging, and post-processing of coal and rock specimens.
This document is applicable to the sampling of coal and rock specimens required for determining the basic physical and mechanical properties of coal and the rock layers associated with coal seams, as well as for conducting impact susceptibility tests on these specimens.
