CJ/T 487-2015 Sleeve expansion joint for district heating system
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, general requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, drying and coating, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of welded sleeve compensators used in urban heating pipelines.
This standard applies to the production and inspection of welded sleeve compensators used in urban heating pipelines with a design pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa, a design temperature of not more than 200 °C for hot water medium and a design temperature of not more than 350 °C for steam medium, and a nominal diameter of not more than 1,400 mm, which only absorb axial displacement.
This standard does not apply to domestic hot water medium.
