Abstract
This part of GB/T 223 specifies the determination of the total aluminum and total boron content in steel and alloys by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This method is suitable for the determination of the total aluminum and total boron content in steel and alloys. The mass fraction range for total aluminum determination is 0.0005% to 0.10%; the mass fraction range for total boron determination is 0.0002% to 0.10%.
