Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, test methods, marking and packaging of electronic digital external diameter micrometers. This standard applies to electronic digital external diameter micrometers (hereinafter referred to as "electronic digital micrometers") with a resolution of 0.001 mm, a measuring range of less than or equal to 50 mm, and an upper limit of the measuring range of up to 1,000 mm.
