Abstract
This part of GB/T 1859 specifies the measurement method of sound power level of reciprocating internal combustion engines by sound pressure method - the precision method in a semi-anechoic chamber. This part is applicable to reciprocating internal combustion engines defined in GB/T 6072.1 (hereinafter referred to as engines, unless otherwise specified), as well as other internal combustion engines for which there are no suitable standards available for use.
