GB/T 3792.9-2009

This section specifies the cataloging items, arrangement order, cataloging identifiers, cataloging text, specified information sources, and cataloging item details of electronic resources, which are used by national bibliographic institutions and other cataloging agencies to compile standard bibliographic records, so as to ensure that bibliographic records of electronic resources from different sources can be exchanged with each other.
This section applies to electronic resources controlled by computers (including those used on external computer devices), such as resources accessed via the Internet or telecommunications, interactive multimedia resources, and resources with limited distribution, pay-as-you-go resources, or pre-ordered resources. Calculators, programming toys, etc. are not included in the scope of this standard.
