Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of petroleum asphalt paper-backed felt (referred to as felt).
This standard applies to rolls made from paper impregnated with petroleum asphalt, coated on both sides, and with isolation materials applied or sprinkled on the surface.
