Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, marking and packaging of pointed micrometers (excluding electronic digital display pointed micrometers). This standard applies to pointed micrometers with a graduation value of 0.01 mm, 0.001 mm, 0.002 mm, and 0.005 mm, a micrometer head measuring range of 25 mm, and a maximum measurement range of 100 mm (excluding electronic digital display pointed micrometers).
