Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection conditions, inspection methods, marking and packaging of three-jaw internal micrometers (excluding electronic digital display three-jaw internal micrometers).
This standard applies to three-jaw internal micrometers with a graduation value of 0.001 mm and 0.005 mm, and a measurement range up to 300 mm for both scale readings and digital readings (excluding electronic digital display three-jaw internal micrometers).
