Abstract
This part of GB/T 26168 specifies the methods for evaluating the service life of components made of polymer materials used in radiation environments, such as cable insulation and sheathing, elastomeric sealing sleeves, polymer coatings, and rubber sleeves. This part is applicable to providing methods for evaluating in-service aging, including aging evaluation procedures based on condition monitoring, the use of sample retention devices in harsh environments, and the preparation of actual aging samples.
