GB/T 2550-2007 Gas welding equipment—Rubber hose for welding, cutting and allied processes
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for rubber hoses (including parallel pipes) used in welding, cutting, and similar operations. The term "similar operations" specifically refers to heating, brazing, and metal spraying. This standard specifies the requirements for rubber hoses under normal loads up to 2 MPa (20 bar) and light loads [limited to a maximum working pressure of 1 MPa (10 bar), with a nominal inner diameter of less than or equal to 6.3 mm]. This standard applies to hoses used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C. Plastic hoses are not included in this standard. It specifies different colors and markings for identifying gases.
